ingredients
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml sliced carrot
- 118.29 ml chopped onion
- 473.18 ml diced zucchini (I use tiny ones)
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 354.88 ml diced tomatoes
- 118.29 ml frozen peas
- 4.92 ml basil
- 4.92 ml salt
- 2.46 ml red pepper flakes
- 226.79 g cooked and drained hot spaghetti
- 158.51 ml parmesan cheese
directions
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Cook the first 4 ingredients, stirring until crisp tender.
- Stir in remaining vegetables and spices.
- Cook until hot.
- Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.

A very beautiful and delicious recipe but a little bland. The taste of the garlic, olive oil and fresh vegetables is wonderful but I had to add a little salt to mine. Just my personal preference. I think alot of people would just appreciate this dish that way it is with all of the great fresh and natural flavors.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!!
I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch.
We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
