Directions

  1. Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
  3. Add seasonings.
  4. Cover pot, cook medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Add oil and simmer for 30 min. or until carrots are tender.
  6. Cook spaghetti, drain.
  7. Toss with the sauce.
