ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup fres strawberry, hulled and halved
• 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
• 1⁄2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
• 1⁄2 cup kiwi, peeled, diced
• 2 teaspoons of fresh mint
• 1⁄2 lime, juice of

directions

1. Stir all together
2. Serve with Triple Coconut Loaf Cake.
