These were quite simply heaven on a chip! My friend and I ate them while watching tv and we put a real good dent in them! I loved the fruit with the mix of the cinnamon in the chips. I can't believe how easy these are to throw together! The only suggestion I can think of here is dice your fruit pieces really small, so it's easy for the fruit to stay on the chips. I will be making this again real soon when I go to my sisters camp to snowmobile way up in Northern Maine next weekend. I know everyone there will go crazy for them!
