These are really good.
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons sugar-free orange marmalade
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 teaspoon almond extract
- 16 pieces fruit, apricots (strawberries, sweet cherries, kiwi (peeled)
- Beat together cream cheese, marmalade, and extracts until creamy.
- Place in a plastic bag, and pipe into the fruit.
- Chill for an hour, and serve.
