- 3⁄4 cup light rum
- 1⁄2 cup Coco Lopez
- 1⁄2 cup frozen pineapple concentrate, thawed
- Pour rum, pineapple juice concentrate, and Coco Lopez in a blender.
- Fill blender with ice.
- Blend on high until smooth.
