Fritzy's Apple Cake

"A moist apple cake that does not need any frosting. This is really good with a cup of coffee or hot tea for breakfast. Mom got this recipe when we lived in Seattle WA many years ago."

ingredients

• 177.44 ml butter or 177.44 ml margarine
• 354.88 ml granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 532.32 ml flour
• 1.23 ml baking soda
• 7.39 ml ground cinnamon
• 4.92 ml ground cloves
• 177.44 ml cold coffee
• 236.59 ml chopped nuts
• 236.59 ml raisins
• 473.18 ml coarsely chopped apples, of your choice I use Granny Smith's apples

directions

1. Mix in order given and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
