- 4 bone in pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- adobo seasoning
directions
- Heat frying pan over medium heat with olive oil coating the pan.
- liberally sprinkle adobo over chops and place in heated oil. liberally sprinkle adobo over other side of meat.
- When you have a good sear on the first side, flip and sear the second.
- After both sides have been seared turn down heat and finish cooking.
