Best okra I've ever had.
- Wash and trim okra and slice 1/2inch thick.
- Heat oil in deep fryer or skillet to 350.
- Mix buttermilk and egg together.
- Mix flour and salt together.
- Dip the okra into buttermilk and egg mixture, then the flour mixture.
- Deep fry until golden brown, about three minutes. Let drain on paper towels.
