  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • oil

  • Wash and dry mushrooms. Trim stems.
  • Dip into egg and then into breadcrumbs.
  • refrigerate for several hours.
  • Deep fry in hot oil for 5 mins or until crisp and golden.
