This cake is nice and moist not to mention light. Fran whipped this up when we went for a visit and we devoured it that afternoon.

  1. Mix together cake ingredients until smooth; approx 2 minutes. Pour into a greased sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, butter and powder sugar until smooth then add the vanilla. Spread on top of the cooled cake.
