This cake is nice and moist not to mention light. Fran whipped this up when we went for a visit and we devoured it that afternoon.
- Mix together cake ingredients until smooth; approx 2 minutes. Pour into a greased sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter and powder sugar until smooth then add the vanilla. Spread on top of the cooled cake.
