"This is a DELISH recipe, great on ice cream, cake, just anything! Just 3 ingredients, so easy to make. Will turn ordinary desserts spectacular! The amount will differ on how much you put on the desserts. Do not use unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate."

- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2⁄3 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄3 cup Frangelico
directions
- Stir the chocolate, 1/3 cup whipping cream, and liqueur together in a medium saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Cooking is my passion, and I am slowly, but surely beginning to venture into the world of baking. To me, cooking is so much easier because baking is so much more exact.
I love to make Italian and Mexican food the best, followed by Chinese and last, but by far the least, good old American food! How can you beat chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy?? I love to find several recipes and put my own spin on them and create a new recipe.
