Flaming Dr. Pepper

"Tastes just like a Dr. Pepper. Be careful though, these go down very smoothly but they WILL sneak up on you."

• Ingredients: 3
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 3⁄4 ounce Amaretto
• 1 dash Bacardi 151 rum
• 1⁄2 glass beer

directions

1. Fill a shot glass 3/4 full of Amaretto.
2. Top with 151 (enough to make a flame).
3. Place the shot glass in a larger glass.
4. Fill the larger glass with beer close to the level of the shot glass.
5. Light the Amaretto/151 and let it burn a few seconds.
6. Blow it out (or not, if you're brave) and slam it.

This is one of my favorite drinks. Was just going to post but you already have it here :) This is a great drink that tastes good.

We used to do these at a local bar all the time! But, we'd light the shot then drop it in the beer and chug away. Watch out: I've seen things catch on fire with these and some people don't know how to stop the shot glass from cracking into their teeth! VERY GOOD but, they do sneak up on you!! :)
