Much enjoyed, but I did use a lovely trout fillet, so I sauteed the onions and squeezed lemon juice over, then sprinkled with parsley. Delicious. Thanks! Made for NAME tag in the Middle East forum.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brush a little of the cooking oil on the grill grate.
  2. Add coriander to remaining oil.
  3. Brush oil mixture over the fish, inside and out.
  4. Place some onion slices and a sprig of parsley inside each fish.
  5. If desired, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine remaining oil mixture with lemon juice.
  7. Cook on oiled grill until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes per side.
