This is the first time I've tried acid cooked fish and I was really pleased with the outcome. I started the marinating at 8 a.m. and had dinner at about 6:30. The fish tasted very good served on top of a mixed green salad. I simply love the healthy aspect and was glad that I had the mahi mahi in the freezer. Very serendipitous I'd say.
