ingredients
- 29.58 ml reduced-fat cream cheese
- 29.58 ml feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 dried figs, chopped
- 29.58 ml walnuts, chopped
- 1 pear
directions
- Slice the pear and arrange on a plate.
- Mix all the other ingredients until well combined.
- Serve with pear.

I made this for breakfast, it was so good, that I cleaned my plate and wished that I had doubled the recipe. A nice subtle tangy cheese spread accented with fruit and nuts. I served rosemary triscuits with the pear and dip, it was wonderful. Thanks so much. I'll be treating myself to this often.

My name is Sara. I live in Portland, OR and I work at a retirement community in the Wellness department. I love to cook! I occasionally do cooking demonstrations at work and typically have over 40 people! This is a lot considering I have no professional training, and I never really cooked at all until a few years after high school. I also subscribe to Light & Tasty (part of Taste of Home) and I highly recommend that magazine, it really proves that you can eat healthy and enjoy it.
