  1. Sift together they dry ingredients.
  2. Add egg, melted butter and enough milk to make a moist, stiff batter.
  3. Drop by teaspoon into boiling soup.
  4. Cook, covered without "peeking" for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
