I dunno. I was really rootin' for this recipe ~ I've had bad luck with sourdough starter in the past and am a little gun-shy ~ but I doubled the vinegar and it still didn't even remotely taste like sourdough to us. Not a bad loaf of bread, but not at all sourdough-y.

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.
  2. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.
  3. Select "White Bread".
  4. Press "Start".
