Adapted from "Healthy Heart One Dish Meals" Tastes great and virtually fat free. I freeze chicken broth in ice cube trays, hence the number of cubes given in directions.
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth, undiluted or 6 cubes frozen chicken broth
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar, flavor of your choice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash italian seasoning
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and cover tightly.
- Shake vigorously.
- Chill thoroughly.
