  • Place 3 clean breasts of chicken in glass dish.
  • Prepare dressing with olive oil (and/or other tasty oils such as walnut oil), vinegar (I recommend Balsamic vinegar), salt & pepper and any other seasoning you may like.
  • Add to dressing 1 squeezed lemon and pour all over chicken.
  • On top of chicken place tomato in slices.
  • On top of tomato place Feta in slices.
  • Cook in oven at 175°C/ 350°F for about 45 minutes to an hour (test yourself).
  • I recommend serving it with pasta noodles.

  1. Salam alaikum I just wanted to mention that you should look into Balsamic vinegar being haram as it is made from wine grapes. I tried to send a private message about this but it says you are not accepting them. Ma'asalama, Another sister revert.

I'm originally English, was born and lived 18 years in Belgium, lived in England for a year and have now moved to Yemen. I converted to Islam in 2003 along with my husband who's from Luxembourg originally. I'm very happy as a Muslim woman and wife! I generally like cooking as long as I don't have to spend too long in the kitchen! I use recipezaar A LOT. My recipe repertoire was very limited before so I was so happy to find this site, and it has been SO USEFUL. Don't know what I'd do without it! Now I've moved to Yemen though I can't find half the ingredients I used to use in my cooking or else they're too expensive here so I'm having to adapt my cooking. Recipezaar once again comes in very handy.
