This is SO good! I used a Boboli crust and shredded chicken (I don't care for shredded pork). It was so great! Even my 19mo. old son loved it!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) can prepared pizza crust
  • 12 ounces four-cheese Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 12 lb shredded barbecued pork
  • 1 cup salsa or 1 cup picante sauce


  1. Spray 12" pizza pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Unroll pizza dough and press onto pan.
  3. Bake in preheated 425°F oven about six minutes, or until crust just starts to brown.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese onto crust.
  5. Combine barbecue pork and salsa in medium bowl; spread evenly over crust.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Put back in oven and bake nine more minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
