  1. Editing to add 3/27/10: I made these again today and they were just WONDERFUL!! I used the oatmeal, coconut, and some semi-sweet chocolate chips... PERFECT little cookies! THANKS -------------------------- SO yummy!!! I love this recipe and will be using it often! I used butterscotch chips instead of M&Ms because I was trying to clear out my freezer of all these chips I'd stockpiled. :) It was awesome! Everyone who tried them loved them too! Thanks!

Hello, I live in the River Valley in Northwest, AR. I have lived here my whole life. I would love to travel more, but I get so terribly motion sick it almost isn't worth it. If I could live anywhere in the U.S. it would be North Carolina. Outside the U.S. would be Australia. They have the greatest accents and seem like such friendly people. I am a stay at home mom. I have 2 wonderful and picky daughters age 10 and 8. They are the loves of my life and my reason for living. Oh yeah and I have a very hard working husband that fits in there too. I love to read. I could do it for hours every day. I consider myself to be a very strong Christian and am very active in our church. My pet peeves are people who refuse to listen or consider another persons point of view. I feel you should respect and be kind to everyone even if their beliefs are the opposite of yours. I do not feel I or anyone else has the right to judge anyone. I don't have to like you or your choices, but I do have to treat you right. My other pet peeve is carpet. yes, I said carpet. I can't stand the feel of it or the sound of people walking or scooting on it. It does to me what a person scraping a chalkboard does to you. For fun, my husband and I are huge nascar fans. If anything to do with it is on then I am watching it. We are a close private family, and are the most content when it is just the 4 or 2 of us.
