- 118.29 ml butter
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 1 egg
- 9.85 ml vanilla
- 2.46 ml salt
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 473.18 ml cake-and-pastry flour
- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese
- 538.64 g can pie filling
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 3 eggs
- 0.61 ml salt
- 118.29 ml lemon juice
directions
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add egg, salt and vanilla.
- Blend in baking powder and flour.
- Press dough into ungreased 9 inch square cake pan.
- Beat together cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, juice, and salt.
- Blend well.
- Pour over crust.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if not using pie filling.
- Bake 40 mins at 350F.
- When cool, spread pie filling over cake and let chill.
