  • Using a nonstick skillet, cook beef and 1/4 cup onions for 5 minutes at medium high.
  • Stir often until beef is lightly browned.
  • Stir in sauce, chili powder and salt.
  • Bring to simmer.
  • Stir in beans and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Turn into chafing dish.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, olives and rest of onion.
  • Serve with taco chips.

I have always enjoyed cooking, in fact I had one of those easy bake ovens when I was 5, I was hooked,,,,Lucky me......I had 2 daughters to teach, we always had fun baking and making up our own recipes. Now that my girls are on their own we often share recipes,,,,HOW FUN! I don't worry if a recipe doesn't turn out because I have a feral cat coloney and they will eat anything!!!!!!!!
