Easy, delicious, wonderful, a winner. If your oven doesn't have that range of heat, just put at the highest. This terrific main dish comes from my very special cousin who makes every meal joyful, delicious and all keepers.

This was really good! I shouldn't give a star rating since I skipped the thyme and paprika bc I was using the fish for fish tacos and wanted to keep it simple. It is a great alternative to fried and my DH agreed it was very light and flaky. I must admit I have never even turned up my oven that high before, but it worked out wonderfully (though my smoke alarm did off once). I will definitely make this again and probably try using panko crumbs in place of breadcrumbs.
