ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 teaspoon oil (or shortening)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- flour
directions
- Beat egg; add cold water, oil and baking powder. Then gradually beat in enough flour to make a really stiff dough. Roll, cut and let dry about 1 hour.

Went to make recipe#144837 and realized I had no noodels. Found this and decided to try my hand at it. It was so easy, I did add some basil and oregano to the dry mix prior to mixing all together and it gave it a nice flavor. Think I should have rolled a little thinner and added more flour for a dryer dough but that was because of my own learning curve. The end results were great.
