- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup prepared stuffing
- 10 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
directions
- Preheat oven to 400'F.
- Grease a 9" round cake pan.
- Spread and press the stuffng on the bottom of the pan.
- Make a layer of bacon, then a layer of shredded chicken.
- Lightly whisk eggs, but make sure the yolk is not completely mixed. Pour on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of eggs.
- Bake for about 15 mins, or until it no longer giggles.
- Serve with fruit, veggies, hash browns, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy! ^-^.
