These are yummy tacos, that my hubby asks for at least once a week. They are easy to make yet filling!


  1. Brown ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions, green chilies, and petite diced tomatoes. Heat onions thru, once done drain meat.
  2. Scoop drained meat into taco shell, add cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Top with salsa or sour cream (or both).
  3. ENJOY!
