These are yummy tacos, that my hubby asks for at least once a week. They are easy to make yet filling!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (8 ounce) canpetite diced tomatoes (juice drained)
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons diced green chilies
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- diced tomato
- salsa or sour cream
- taco shell
- Brown ground beef over medium heat. Add diced onions, green chilies, and petite diced tomatoes. Heat onions thru, once done drain meat.
- Scoop drained meat into taco shell, add cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Top with salsa or sour cream (or both).
