  • Cut the potatoes into chunks; about eighths.
  • Boil them until they are about done; soft but still keep themselves together.
  • Drain the water and add butter and rosemary to the sauce pan.
  • Let the butter melt and coat the potatoes.
  • Serve hot.
  • A variation is to mash the potatoes or add cheese or other spices up to you, Hope you enjoy!
