Great consistency after baking. Crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. I would decrease the sugar next time as they were a bit sweet for my taste (& I have a sweet tooth!) I WOULD however make them again, and will be adding them to my list of Christmas cookie arsenal!

Made these 1 Sunday when I didn't feel like going to grocery store for anything to make cookies -- I would have to say this is the best peanut butter cookie we have ever had! Loved them and make them frequently. At the end (after baking) I sprinkle just a smidge of granulated sugar on top. Thanks for posting!

These were great! I added a didn't flatten them out and added a hershey's kiss after they came out of the oven.
