I whipped this up one evening to go with pasta and shrimp. I was surprised at how good it was

Directions

  1. melt butter over medium heat.
  2. add flour and mix until it becomes a paste like substance.
  3. turn heat up to medium-high.
  4. add wine and wisk quickly
  5. add salt, dill and lemon juice - continue wisking.
  6. add water (you can add more water to achieve desired thickness - remember it will thicken as it cools).
