      Cut avocado and dice, place in a bowl.

      Take your fork and kinda smash avocado, add all other ingredients and mix well.

      Can be eaten right away or can refrigerate.

      This has become my "go to" guacamole recipe. If I don't have fresh avocados I use a Wholly Guacamole packet. I also use garlic salt instead of regular salt and 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper instead of black pepper. Thanks so much for posting this recipe! It's really good in an emergency when I don't have ripe avocados.

      I made a half recipe and found the result to be too salty for me even though I used even less salt than indicated. (I've become accustomed to using less salt though so this may be the reason.) I also used lime juice rather than lemon as a personal preference. Thanks for sharing.

      So easy...can be made within 5 minutes! Be careful with the onion powder though, because it can easily overpower the rest of the ingredients. My SO's mom had never tried guacamole (was always hesitant because of the appearance)...and she loved it. She just kept digging in with corn chips. I've begun craving the stuff lately, so thanks for such a fast recipe.
