It's delicious fudge and only has two ingredients! As far as the type of chocolate, I've used milk chocolate. My DIL tried white chocolate and it did not work out.
- Melt chocolate and cool slightly.
- Whip the cream.
- Fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate.
- Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan.
- Chill and cut.
I'm reviewing with NO stars, since I made the recipe this morning and it is now packed in the cooler to take up to our cabin this weekend. I will come back and update this review after we are able to enjoy it. Thanks for posting. (Made for PAC 2014)
