So good, and so easy to make. Goes great with pakoras!
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (remove hard stems at bottom of bunch and discard)
- 2 green chilies (or to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄8 cup walnuts
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
- Serve immedietly or let it chill for 30 mins for better taste.
