Easy Chicken Casserole

"Got this recipe from my boyfriend"

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 2-4

ingredients

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 2 cups long grain white rice
• 2 cups water
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 3 teaspoons garlic

directions

1. Put all ingredients in a 13"x9" pan. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Make sure chicken is done.

I used to make this all of the time - and I thought I had made up the recipe! I also put in a teaspoon of tarragon. It is a great meal for those nights where you don't want to fuss. I am the queen of one dish meals during the week! haha
