- 2 (85.04 g) envelope whipped dessert topping mix (Dream Whip)
- 2 (170.09 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 59.14 ml lemon juice
- 396.89 g can sweetened condensed milk
- 236.59 ml chopped pecans
- 425.24 g can pineapple chunks, drained
- 595.33 g can cherry pie filling
- 24 paper baking cups
directions
- Prepare whipped topping mix per package directions; set aside.
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese and lemon juice; beat until smooth.
- Add in the milk, pecans, and pineapple; stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping and cherry pie filling.
- Put 24 paper baking cups in muffin tins; spoon the mixture into the paper cups.
- Cover and freeze 4 hours.
- One the salads are frozen, they can be removed from the muffin tins and stored in a heavy-duty plastic freezer bag.

My best friend's mom used to make something like this except she used Cool Whip. I like it much better with Dream Whip. I don't know what the difference is but it tastes better to me. This was very easy to make and my dinner guests all thought it was very creamy and deliicous tasting. Thanks Nurse Di. Love your recipes.
