Dogs With Avocado & Chips

• Yields: 8 hot dogs

ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 8 all beef hot dogs, grilled
• 8 hot dog buns
• 1 small white onion, cut into slivers
• 2 ripe roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup crushed regular potato chips
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

directions

1. In bowl mash together avocados, lime juice, salt and pepper. Cover surface with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
2. Top grilled hot dogs with avocado mixture, slivered onions, tomatoes and crushed potato chips.
