My diabetic Husband, not to mention the rest of the family and friends LOVE these tasty bites.
- 3⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda granular
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups flour
- Mix softened margarine, sugar and splenda til fluffy.
- add egg and vanilla.
- add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
- drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined sheet.
- Bake 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
