- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free cool whip
- 15 g Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. Beat until creamy.
This was pretty good for diet cream cheese. I used mine for banana bread and it was tasty. Made for Pick A Chef Fall 2008. Thanks for posting.
