  1. sautee onion in butter.
  2. Add meat, brown, and breakup into small bits.
  3. add mushrooms and cook until juice released.
  4. add garlic.
  5. add cream of mushroom.
  6. add salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over rice.

This is just plain old comfort food! Great with rice or egg noodles. I added a little of my favourite seasoning - Vegit.
