- 14.79-29.58 ml olive oil (enough to cover bottom of large pan)
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 14.79 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
- 14.79 ml fresh thyme, chopped
- 170.09 g package sliced mushrooms
- 236.59 ml tomato sauce
- 396.89 g can stewed tomatoes, sliced
- 1419.54 ml chicken broth
- 283.49 g package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 85.04-113.39 g jarred roasted red peppers, chopped
- 6-8 cooked chicken breast strips, cut in cubes
- 255.14 g package ravioli or 255.14 g package tortellini, any flavor
directions
- Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
- Add garlic, herbs, and mushrooms.
- Cook until mushrooms are mostly limp.
- Add all ingredients through red peppers.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add chicken and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add ravioli (or tortellini) and simmer for 10 minutes.
