Delicious Fat Free Chocolate Cake

"I found this cake a while ago. I love making it and it has no fat in it. I've made it for birthdays and peeople did not even know that it was fat free."

  • Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine next seven ingredients.
  • In medium bowl stir sugar and water until sugar is almost dissolved.
  • Add egg whites and corn syrup; stir until blended.
  • Gradually add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack. If desired sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

I find it relaxing, but I don't feel like I'm just lying around, because I am actually doing something. I started baking a few years ago. Just making cookies and that kind of thing for my family, then I started baking more for the holidays and things like that. I love making things that are really good and everybody wants the recipe. I like to eat healthy so it always a challenge to find recipes that are relatively fat free, but that also taste good. I hope you enjoy some of the recipes that I have posted.
