- 8 -10 cups water
- 1 lb chicken bone
- 1⁄4 cup condensed chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cups bok choy, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
- 3⁄4 lb shiitake mushroom, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
directions
- Put water in a big pot, bring to a boil then add the chicken bones, boil chicken bones for 1 hour. (I put the chicken bones in a netting so there is less mess) Remove the chicken bones from the pot.
