This is my DD's new favorite dish to cook herself, she goes into the garden and cuts fresh chives and makes this for breakfast, snack, anything.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 t. chives, bacon bits and cheese.
- In a lightly oiled, non stick pan, cook together over medium heat.
- Garnish with remaining chives, salt and pepper. And ENJOY!
I made these for breakfast this morning for my son. He really enjoyed and I snuck a bite or two. The bacon added some oomph and the chives were delicious. Thanks for sharing!
Yum yum this was very nice I did cheat a bit and put chopped bacon in and a bit more, it was lovley very quick and easy. And just enough to satisfy your hunger when you need something tasty. Thank's for posting. Made for herb of the month (Chives)
This was very quick and easy and tasted pretty good too! I doubled the recipe and added a Tbsp of skim milk and sprinkled some onion powder in also. Thanks!
