This is my DD's new favorite dish to cook herself, she goes into the garden and cuts fresh chives and makes this for breakfast, snack, anything.

- 1In a bowl, whisk together eggs, 1 t. chives, bacon bits and cheese.
- 2In a lightly oiled, non stick pan, cook together over medium heat.
- 3Garnish with remaining chives, salt and pepper. And ENJOY!
