Date, Cocoa and Coconut Truffles

"Delicious, easy to make date & cocoa truffles."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 20 truffles

ingredients

• 30 dates (fresh)
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 4 tablespoons coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon rum
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
• 8 teaspoons desiccated coconut

directions

1. Process all except dessicated coconut in food processor until smooth.
2. Scoop out teaspoon sized balls and roll in dessicated coconut.
3. Cool in fridge for 30 mins to firm.
4. YUM!
