"A good chili for a cold tailgate. If you like to spice it up like I do I would use spicy sausage and a 1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper."

  • Brown meat then add vegetables and garlic sauté until vegetables are soft.
  • Add flour and stir until browned then add stock and let thicken about two minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for at least an hour.
