- 8 cups hot coffee
- 1 cup dark rum (use spiced rum for a little extra oomph)
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 12 cloves (whole)
- Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Cover and keep on low heat for about 2 hours.
- Drain & Serve in large mugs.
