- Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
- Cover and keep on low heat for about 2 hours.
- Drain & Serve in large mugs.
I loved this coffee Mandy. I made enough for one large coffee and wished I had made more. The dark rum, spices and brown sugar were spot on for me. I enjoyed this sweet, spicy, dark coffee very much.
This was a little strong for me. perhaps less cloves? or perhaps a shorter cooking time. I'll try it again but perhaps change a few things (amount of cloves and cooking time) Leanne
This was very strong and brought on a bitter taste. It would be great for the holidays to keep you warm and to keep going with the shopping and wrapping and of course cooking.
