For top and bottom layer
- 6 eggs
- 354.88 ml sour cream
- 118.29 ml orange juice
- 78.78 ml sugar
- 118.29 ml margarine, melted
- 236.59 ml flour
- 9.85 ml baking powder

For middle layer
- 226.79 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 473.19 ml cottage cheese
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml vanilla
directions
- Beat each mixture in a bowl.
- Pour half of top mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Spoon bottom mixture on and top with remaining batter from top.
- Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with fruit.

OMG I can't believe how delicious this was! My kids devoured an entire pan-full. The only thing I did differently was to use ricotta instead of cottage cheese (my grandmother always made her blintzes and kugels with what she called "pot cheese" which I think is the same as "farmer's cheese). This was fabulous. It's a permanent keeper for us! Thanks for psting it, Kerstin!!
