Eggs accented with chutney and curry.
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1⁄4 cup mango chutney
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon soy sauce
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl. Add chutney to yolks. Mash together.
- Stuff egg white cavities with yolk-chutney mixture.
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, curry powder, and soy sauce.
- Spoon or pipe sauce over each egg half.
