Eggs accented with chutney and curry.

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl. Add chutney to yolks. Mash together.
  2. Stuff egg white cavities with yolk-chutney mixture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayo, curry powder, and soy sauce.
  4. Spoon or pipe sauce over each egg half.
