  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl. Add chutney to yolks. Mash together.
  • Stuff egg white cavities with yolk-chutney mixture.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayo, curry powder, and soy sauce.
  • Spoon or pipe sauce over each egg half.
